About Me
In 2020 I completely changed my approach to training. Instead of chasing strength under a barbell like I had with CrossFit and Olympic weightlifting for the previous 10 years, I realized it was more important to feel good in my body and to get out of the constant pain I felt on a daily basis. I wanted to train and move and be athletic for the next 40 years, not be broken in the next 4. Flash forward and mobility has changed my life, handstands have opened up an entirely new world to me, I get to share my love of moving better with you, and I still have 90% of the strength under the bar to go with a whole new dimension of skills and pain free movement.
