About me
I have been practicing handstand for nearly 40 years, first as a competitive gymnast and for the last 20 years as a handbalancer. For the last 12 years I have been sharing my knowledge and experience through workshops I conduct around the world. Over the years, through daily practice and my interaction with hundreds of students and practitioners, I have developed my way to communicate and share my experience and help people to progress towards their handstand goals. In this App I intend to share the collective knowledge and experience that I share in workshops, and help you progress from the foundation up to advanced balanced work such as the one arm handstand.
