I’m Warren James Li, a calisthenics coach with 16+ years of experience helping people of all levels build strength, master bodyweight skills, and transform their physiques. My coaching is built around real results using proven training methods, personalized programming, and accountability to help you progress faster without wasting time. Whether your goal is to get stronger, build muscle, learn handstands or muscle-ups, or simply gain confidence in your body, I’ll guide you every step of the way with a plan designed specifically for you. I’ve dedicated my life to mastering calisthenics, and now my mission is to help you unlock your highest level.

Is this program beginner friendly?

Yes. Whether you’re brand new or already training, the program is structured to meet you at your current level and progressively build strength, skill, and confidence.

Do I need to already be strong to start?

Not at all. You do not need pull-ups, handstands, or advanced skills to begin. We’ll build the foundation first.

What equipment do I need?

At minimum: a pull-up bar and resistance bands. Rings, parallettes, dip bars, or weights can help, but are optional depending on your level.

Can I train at home?

Yes, when combined with proper nutrition and consistency, training can help burn calories and improve body composition.
