About Me
In the world of gym banter, I became the "Leg Day Legend." Friends teased me incessantly, claiming I had an intimate relationship with my lower body and my legs probably had their own workout schedule. They dubbed me the Mayor of Quadsville and the Glute Guru. Little did they know, their playful jabs fueled my determination to make my lower body a masterpiece.
While they were busy pumping iron into their biceps, I was perfecting the art of leg day alchemy. Now, as the proud architect of my own lower-body empire, I've got glutes sculpted to perfection and quads that could rival tree trunks. So, here's to being the butt of the joke on the road to leg day glory!

Is this available on my phone?
Yes, the mobile app is available on both iOS and Android.
Will your programs be gym or home based?
You will receive both home and gym programs when they go live in the app.
How long are the programs?
All programs are one month long. Sculpting Programs are 3 day’s on and 3 days off and 1 day active rest. T.B.G Programs are 5 days on and 2 days off.
Can I do your program while doing other workout programs?
Yes! This App is your go - to lower body workout companion. I will say it again and again. You want and need to do these workouts. You may benefit from your other coaches' upper body workouts, or meal plans, etc. However, this program is your go to for lower body gains. Please, feel free to try it all! That is the only way to know what you prefer.
Can I do your workouts if I am a beginner?
Yes, all workouts are approachable and give you the freedom to adjust them to accommodate your fitness level.
Do you make meal plans?
Every program comes with my four month Alkaline Based eating guide. It is the way I prefer to eat to maintain a healthy lifestyle. With that being said, I still highly recommend consulting a certified nutritionist that can accurately direct you to the most impactful diet for your goals. Social media influencers do not count.
What else can I expect from your App besides workout programs?
As the app grows so will the variety of content. The aim is also to give you straight-forward innovative workouts that get you the results you are looking for. No fluff. No gimmicks. You can expect yoga classes, strength training classes, cardio classes, tips + tricks, and more rolling out with time.
