About Me

I’m a San Diego based movement practitioner with a background in circadian biology and clinical (orthopaedic) research. My goal is to help you see movement in a new light, making it genuinely enjoyable and easy to sustain for life. I believe that a little bit of movement every day will drastically improve your longevity and vitality. In my training app, you’ll find my very own movement routines that are suitable and scalable to all levels. I’ve also included my signature training programs that my clients and I use to build strength, flexibility, and mobility. -Elliot

Is this available on my phone?

Yes, it's available on iOS and Android.

What's included?

All inclusive access, including: Full programs (3, 4, 5, and 6-day splits), Strength specific programs (chinup, dip, deadlift…), Skill specific programs (back bridge, pistol squat, sissy squat…), Mobility routines (varying equipment options), and my entire exercise library with form videos and cues.

Do I need any equipment?

Standard gym equipment will suffice. Alternative exercises are provided. I’ve also added no-equipment and at-home workout programs and mobility routines~

What are some travel/at-home equipment I can get?

Pull-up bar, low parallettes, gymnastics rings, resistance bands. I have a couple of affiliate codes for discounts. Contact me if interested: IG direct message @strongandmobile

Is each exercise explained?

Yes! Form videos, notes, and cues are provided for every exercise and movement.

Can I use this app if I have no prior training experience?

Absolutely. The 3-day and 4-day workout splits are perfect for beginners. Structured programming and mobility guidance is all included, so you will be off to a great start~
