About Me
I began climbing at a young age and immediately fell in love with the sport. Over the past decade, I’ve devoted myself to training and competitions, striving to become the best climber I can be. Along the way, I’ve faced many challenges and made plenty of mistakes, but each experience has taught me invaluable lessons. Now, I feel that I've discovered effective ways for progressing as a climber—though I know there’s always more to learn. I’m excited to share what I’ve learned with all of you. My goal is to help you avoid the struggles I faced whether it’s figuring out what to train, how much to train, and when to do it. With the insights I’ve gained, I want to guide you toward reaching your climbing goals.
