About Me
I’m a London-based movement teacher and physiotherapist with 19+ years of experience. I started out in clinical settings, then transitioned into personal and online coaching. My practice blends gymnastics, martial arts, dance, rehab and more. In my youth, I was unfit, but I overcame obstacles to get stronger and more flexible. Now, I help others do the same. I coach a diverse mix of people, including other teachers and those overcoming injuries.
