About Me
I have been practicing and teaching Handstands, Mobility and Bodyweight Strength for the last 12 years. At 37 I struggled to touch my toes, couldn’t sit in Straddle and had a wobbly 10 sec handstand. Now at 49 I can hold a One Arm Handstand, sit in Straddle Splits, complete reps of Muscle Ups, Press Handstands and Handstand Push Ups. I’ve been lucky enough to work with some of the best coaches in the world including Paul Chek, Ido Portal, Yuval Ayalon and Miguel Santana. A husband and father of 6 amazing children means I understand the challenges of building a strong movement practice while juggling other commitments.
