About Me

I’m Noel, a strength & performance coach, and athlete helping you build strength, speed, and resilience for the long game.

As a former D1 long & triple jumper at Tulane, I know what it takes to train like an athlete. Despite being diagnosed with osteoarthritis, my training has evolved without losing my athleticism. Now, as an NSCA CSCS, NASM CPT, USATF Level 1, and Orangetheory Coach, I’ve built The Movement App and my eBook "Strong, Agile, Alive" to give you the blueprint to train like a beast, move with confidence, and stay in the game for life.
