Whether it's walking, dancing, running, handstands, you name it, as humans we are built to move. These days everyone will try convincing you that you need fancy gyms and complex exercises to get healthy… I disagree. Through this app you will learn how to become one with your body in the comfort of your own home with almost no equipment. Only then will we get into the more complex movements :)
