FAQs

Do I need equipment?

Most workouts use minimal equipment like a chair, yoga blocks, or foam roller. Some classes need nothing at all. For progressions, we add resistance bands and light dumbbells.

What level is this for?

All current programs are suitable for beginners. Intermediate and advanced levels are coming in February/March 2026.

Do I need the internet to use the app?

You need the internet to download videos, but you can save them for offline viewing once downloaded.

What's included in the subscription?

Unlimited access to all programs, workouts, and new content added monthly for one flat rate.

How long until I see results

Most people notice improved mobility within 3-4 weeks. Lasting changes come from consistent practice over 8-12 weeks.
