About me

I come from a fitness, CrossFit, and yoga background, but in 2017 I shifted my passion to handstands, mobility, and strength. I’ve coached internationally, working with a wide range of bodies in workshops, classes, 1:1 sessions in-person & online. Now, through LineUp, I’m excited to help you build a strong, resilient body, with smart programming designed for all levels, ensuring steady progress with each practice.
