About Me
I’m Trainer Kelli! I have my degree in Exercise Science, am a NASM certified personal trainer, nutritionist, and have multiple other certifications. I have been passionate about health and fitness ever since I can remember. I love the energy you feel when you walk in a gym! Since becoming a Mom, I’ve found it’s not always easy to get in a workout or get to the gym but if I’m going to show up my best each day, I NEED to get in that workout.
Following a structured program that applies the correct principles in the correct way is a game changer when it comes to seeing results. I built these programs with YOU in mind.
