About Me
My yoga career started with a yoga book from the 70's when I was 12 years old. After working as a Vjane on German TV and touring as a singer, I arrived in Berlin, where I live and work as a yoga teacher, writer, naturopath, singer, actress, speaker, TV presenter and full-time mom. In 2009 I took the Yoga Alliance certified teacher training and since then I have been teaching private and group sessions, focusing on powerful, honest and touching vinyasa style classes. After my training as Heilpraktikerin in 2012, I found my way on a holistic path where I learned more about Tibetan Massage and Hypno-Therapy which led to my Osteopathy certification in 2022. Since then I have embarked on a journey to more power by combining yoga, high intensity and bodyweight training in my KICK ASS YOGA style: yoga for non-yogis, athletes and yoginis-to-be, who benefit from incorporating yogic 'mobility' with graceful movements, and gaining more strength, endurance and awareness of their alignment and posture.

Can I learn handstands in 1 month?
I bet there are people who can! But: the older we get, and the less movement experience you have, the longer it might take. The good thing is, you will learn so much about yourself on this journey, no matter how long it might be.
Which props should I own?
A good yoga mat (that suits your needs), 2 yoga blocks, at least one short resistance band and a long one. Wall space. A pull up bar if you’re adventurous :)
