About Me
My name is Mel and I have always had a passion for fitness and staying active. I have my dad to thank for showing me the importance of being physically active. I carried that same mindset from playing baseball in middle school, football in high school to obtaining my B.S. in Exercise Physiology.
My journey with kettlebells didn’t begin until 2020. All I had was 1 kettlebell and zero knowledge so I stuck with basic movements until I started watching fellow kettlebell trainers online. Eventually I learned how to use the kettlebell by practicing and drilling the basic movements in my bedroom until I became proficient and confident in my ability to teach others. My goal is to share my knowledge on how to use the kettlebell in various ways so others gain the confidence to move well and feel good in life with this versatile fitness tool.
