About The Human Code
The philosophy blends both science and spirituality. A symbiotic relationship for developing both self discovery and achieving true human potential. The movement and breath app has been created from a talented and inspiring group of coaches: Corinne Holt (Full Time stunt actor, professional dancer and gymnast), Jonathan Galbraith (Team GB Taekwondo), Kat Ehapalu (Calisthenics and Gymnast), and Ollie Frost (Co-founder of Human).
The Human Code also delivers accredited teacher courses as part of an online and in person programme.
