FAQs

Is this a complete beginners App or do I need basic strength/flexibility?

100% made for beginners! This was my main focus, when adding in the exercises. My App contains the exact exercises I started with when I was a beginner.

Will I need access to a gym or can I do the workouts from home?

You can do everything from the comfort of your home, in fact I filmed all programs from home. You definitely need a pull up bar for pull ups, I have the one I use linked in my bio and in the app. Resistance bands and parallettes are also helpful. Of course if you prefer the programs can also be done from a gym or anywhere else.

In which countries can I download the app?

In all countries! Anywhere where you have an App Store or Play Store you can download the app. Available on iOS and Android

Where do I get the right equipment?

Can I use this app if I have no prior experience in calisthenics?

Yes! My app is designed for beginners with simple exercises that challenge you but don’t overwhelm you.
