Gain a deeper understanding of how your body should move whilst gaining insights into living to your full potential through movement. Movement is lotion within our bodies, and once we understand that correct movement patterns can restore dysfunction, we can holistically move and feel better.

Utilizing thera-bands, min-bands, mini-ball, weights, medicine ball and reformer there is something for any fitness level along with guided release techniques to support muscle recovery and joint health.

About Me

From a young age I've always been active with a love for running and gym work. One morning in my early twenties I got up early to head to the gym and collapsed. This was a turning point in my life, where I spent the next 6 years battling to survive dealing with CFS. This changed the direction of my life to moving into the wellness industry. I became certified in multiple group fitness programs, Pilates and as a Personal Trainer. During this time I also became a Remedial Massage Therapist as I saw the need to provide a complete holistic approach to my clients in my business.

Going through what I have has deepened my passion to understand the body and how it functions at a deeper level. With my extensive education in fascia and its role in movement, pain management and functional movement programming. I’ve become extremely passionate about supporting and addressing physical pain, posture, along with movement to support stress, anxiety and mental health. Movement is the key as restrictions spread like melting ice, this in turn causes dysfunction and pain. Let's get unstuck and move together in a safe non-judgmental environment, where wellness becomes your key to success.
