About Me
My life has always revolved around sports, I have always loved it. I started gymnastics when I was 5 and competed on a high level until I was 13. In my teenage years I have performed multiple sports such as track and field, volleybal, kickboxing and powerlifting. When I was 16 I met some people that did calisthenics and tried it as well, I instantly loved the sport. It is the perfect combination of athleticism, strength, control and beauty.
Everyone can start, it doesn’t matter at what level you are. Sometimes you just don’t know how to start, because it requires a little more knowledge than just going to your local gym sitting on machines. Therefore I have developed this app in which I teach you how to start your own calisthenics journey. Because I would love to make people just as excited about calisthenics as I do because it has honestly changed my life.
