About Me

In December 2023, I started my calisthenics journey as a complete beginner. I purchased a pull-up bar for my hallway at home, and without being able to do a single chin-up, I began teaching myself from scratch. Despite my progress, there are a few things I could have done differently if I knew then what I know now. That's why I'm beyond excited to FINALLY launch my beginner's calisthenics app to help newbies (just like I once was) start their calisthenics journey. And the best part is these exercises can be done from the comfort of your own home! This app is carefully designed by me, with over 100 video exercises for you to follow along with - the very exercises that helped me go from 0 to 8 chin-ups in just 100 days! And while everyone progresses at their own pace, I feel this is a great introduction to help you begin learning these skills. I hope you enjoy this app as much as I’ve enjoyed creating it, and I hope it helps you reach your goals! Remember that Progress Is Not Linear so keep staying consistent and, most of all, have fun with it!

Is this available on Android?

Yes, it’s available on iOS and Android.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes! You can cancel your subscription at any time via Settings in the app. Please note that cancellations will take effect after the end of the current subscription period. If you do not cancel before the next billing cycle, your subscription will automatically renew, and you will not be eligible for a refund for that period.

Do I need equipment to start?

The only essential equipment are a pull up bar, medium parallettes and Resistance bands

What are the optional equipments I can get?

Handstand parallettes, Liquid chalk, Dip Bars

Where can I buy these equipment from?

Can I use this app if I have no prior experience in calisthenics?

Yes! My app is designed for beginners with simple exercises that challenge you but don’t overwhelm you.

What if I find the app too hard or too easy?

My app offers the ability to swap some exercises for easier or harder progressions, ensuring you are always challenged but never overwhelmed.

Why are all the programs 4 weeks long?

I've found this duration perfect for seeing improvement without losing interest. When I was starting out, I set myself a 30-day L-sit and handstand challenge, where I stayed consistent for 30 days straight. I noticed significant progress while maintaining my motivation, and I believe you will too!
