Meet Your Coach, Dr Kaylee
Bachelor in Kinesiology Exercise Science in 2017, Doctorate in Physical Therapy in 2017, and mom of 3 by 2023. I have a passion for health and wellness, and love training from home so I can be an example for not only my children, but to share with all of you that anything is possible! I started calisthenics from zero, and so can you. My goal is to help make calisthenics within reach and attainable for all levels, in all settings. Have fun with fitness and challenge yourself to be the strongest version possible while achieving fun and functional body control skills. The time is now!

What is currently included in the membership?
As of writing this, there is currently guided programs for Handstand (balance/control/strength), Chin Ups (pull strengthening), L-Sit (push+compression strengthening), Splits & Hips (mobility), Shoulder Stand (quick skill series), and Skin the Cat (quick skill series), and deep core education. In addition to multi-week guided programs, I also included how-to tutorials for some calisthenics skills and educational resources. Feel free to do the free trial and check it all out!
Can I do this at home?
Yes - these can be done in the comfort of your home! Depending on the program you're working through - you may need zero equipment, or you may need a couple such as a pull up bar, parallettes or bands for example.
How do I do the workouts?
You can access all workouts on the Trybe app on iOS and Android
Can I try it before committing?
Yes, a free trial is available so you can explore if we're a great match. Reach out with any questions and I look forward to helping you experience the joy of calisthenics!
Is this beginner friendly?
Yes! Almost all exercises include regression-progression options to meet you where you're at, and progress when you're ready. This app also even allows you to repeat a week twice (or more) if you feel you need more time with something.
