Hi! We’re Chloe and Diego, and we’re passionate about helping people get stronger through calisthenics. We know starting out can feel intimidating, so we built an app that makes progress simple, fun, and beginner-friendly. Our programs are designed to help you build real strength and master moves like pull-ups, handstands, L-sits and more, using the right equipment when it’s needed. We guide you step by step, share tips on proper form, and celebrate every milestone with you along the way.

Do I need any equipment?
Some programs, like pull-ups and dips, require basic equipment such as a pull-up bar or parallel bars. Other workouts focus on bodyweight moves you can do at home.
I’m a total beginner. Can I still use the app?
Absolutely! Our workouts start at a beginner-friendly pace, and we guide you step by step as you get stronger and progress.
How long are the workouts?
Most sessions are 20–30 minutes, so you can fit them into any schedule, even on busy days.
Can I try it for free?
Yes, there’s a 7-day free trial.
What if I can’t complete a week?
No problem! You can repeat any week as many times as you need. Progress at your own pace—there’s no rush, and every session counts.
Can I join if I’m already intermediate?
Right now, the app is designed for true beginners to help them build a strong foundation. If you’re intermediate, you can still join to refresh fundamentals or try the workouts at a lighter pace. Exciting news - we’ll be releasing programs for intermediate users soon!
