About me

Since I started my calisthenics journey, I’ve felt stronger and more confident in my body than ever before. I used to think of myself as extremely weak—I couldn’t even do a single push-up. Fast forward to now, and I’m doing things I never imagined were possible for me. And I believe that could be you too. I’m not special; I simply chose to chase my strongest self through calisthenics, pushing my limits, and showing up each day. I’ve documented every step of my progress, keeping notes and videos of my journey. I’ve also made note of the best exercises and the most effective drills for each program I’ve created. Every program I offer has been carefully curated to be beginner friendly. I love movement, and I love sharing what I know. My goal is to help more women become the strongest versions of themselves. I’m always eager to learn more and provide the best that I can. Currently, I hold a 200-hour yoga certification and am in the process of becoming NASM certified.

FAQs

Do I need special equipment to start?

Minimal equipment is needed for the current programs. I would recommend yoga blocks (you can use books) and a bench (any elevated surface works). Future programs may require more.

Will you be offering more programs?

Yes I plan on offering many more skill-based programs as well as calisthenics workouts you can do from the comfort of your home.
