About Me
Ever since the first day I stepped foot in the gym when I was 17 years old, I fell in love with challenging my body in every way possible. I started with weight lifting and I quickly fell in love because it was the first time I saw my body drastically change. When I was 19, I went to college and the freshman 15 hit hard. My body was inflamed and I was in chronic pain. I was tired of feeling terrible, stiff, being in pain, and not having confidence. Through my weight loss journey, I discovered more ways of movement than just weight lifting and through these different modalities, I was able to reduce chronic pain, lose body fat, build muscle, improve body awareness, and finally achieve my dream body.
I quickly learned that when you move better, you feel better. Improving my mobility, form, stability, and flexibility carried over to all daily activities and improved the quality of my life. Discovering what my body is capable of and being the healthiest version of me is what keeps me going everyday and that is my wish for you as well through my programs.
