About Me
I started my fitness journey when I decided to work on myself because I was not feeling at my best. I overcame anorexia but still was not feeling confident with my body. I needed something that would build a strong mindset to believe in myself. So one day I stepped into the gym and went through a workout that boosted my confidence by proving myself that I was capable and stronger than I thought.
I want to motivate people to feel their best, by feeling strong, happy and confident with themselves, so they can be their own best version and inspire the ones around them. I wish that every one that starts the journey adopts it as their lifestyle and enjoy the process as much as the results.
