About me
→ I’m Austen. I’m a Navy veteran, built one of the biggest fitness shows online, and created a competition that tests real grit. My training is raw—heavy lifts, hard conditioning, and no room for excuses. I don’t care about looking perfect. I train to be useful, sharp, and hard to kill. Every session is work, and that work has built everything I’ve done. My mission is to introduce people to fitness and make it sustainable for them by teaching habits, form, and knowledge behind the “why”.
