About Me
My name is Asia and I am a NASM certified personal trainer and nutrition coach. My fitness journey started back when I was just 11 years old playing volleyball and running track up until college. I’d always been athletic and fit until 2019 after my pregnancy. I’d gained 50+ pounds and found myself starting from ground zero. I didn’t feel comfortable or confident in the body that I was in. Although I was ready to make a change I wasn’t quite ready to step foot inside of a gym. So I began with home workouts and slowly progressed my way through my weightlifting journey to where I am today.
Since then I have coached numerous men and women to regain their confidence and strength through weightlifting. My goal is to help you implement and maintain healthy habits that will sustain you for a lifetime.
