About Me
I’ve always been fascinated by how and why we move the way we do - why some movements are beneficial and others can be harmful. As a former show jumper, neuropharmacology scientist, calisthenics enthusiast, and clinical Pilates instructor, I’ve developed a unique and holistic approach to training. My therapeutic programs are based on biomechanical, anatomical and clinical research. My goal is to help you understand and master your movement, teaching you to identify and correct patterns, so you can move efficiently every minute of the day.
