About Me

I started training calisthenics in November 2022. I was lifting weights for around 3 months prior however I found it to be rather anticlimactic and wanted to switch up my training routine. Having seen my brothers train it for 7 years, I challenged myself to learn the handstand, and from that moment onwards my passion for calisthenics grew. I have learnt so much since I started and I have also progressed at a rapid rate, and cannot wait to show you all some of the tricks behind how I got to where I am today! I started off at a measly 40 kg body weight and could barely do a push up, and I looked extremely unwell. I was also extremely insecure. Not only has calisthenics helped me build strength, but it has also helped me build a large amount of muscle which has created a sense of confidence and security. So no matter what your starting level is, calisthenics can be trained by you!

FAQs

What do I need to start using this app?

Nothing! There is a “no equipment” series. However if you are planning on training the balance ball series, you will need access to a balance ball, and parallettes are also optional too.

How long do the programs last?

The length of the programs vary, but average 4 weeks. The shortest program is 1 week, which is the L Sit program, and the longest one is the absolute beginner, and the advanced bosu ball program sitting at 6 weeks.

Is this available on my phone?

Yes, it’s available on iOS and Android.

Will this app provide me with a diet plan?

No, nutritional and dietary advice is not provided with this app.

Did you follow these programs yourself?

These programs were written using the knowledge I have obtained over the course of my training journey. The medium push and intense push no equipment series are programs that I did in fact follow in the past.

The programs are too difficult, what should I do?

If a program is too difficult for you, you can customize it for your likings and swap out exercises with easier progressions. If this is still too difficult, you are able to go back to an easier program.

Can I cancel at any time?

Yes you can cancel whenever you’d like! However, bear in mind you will be billed whenever your subscription period is due.

Will this app help me build muscle?

Yes, this app will aid you with building muscle. Please be aware however that nutritional and diet advice is not provided, and you must be in charge of that. Muscle gain will be accelerated depending on how effective your nutrition and protein intake is, and the app is designed to build muscle providing you are in control of that.

Are there any pull or leg workouts?

At this current point in time, no. This app is made from the training experience I have through calisthenics, and it will help you unlock floor static skills whilst building muscle. However, this will change in the near future, where pull and leg workouts will be incorporated!
