About Me
My contortion journey began at age 19 when a parkour accident resulted in a torn knee ligament and a broken wrist. Devastated, I felt lost without parkour, my passion. But life's unexpected gifts can change our paths. A month and a half post-injury, I started working out with my uninjured parts, beginning a process of healing and body discovery. I learned to communicate with my body and gradually refined effective training methods. Now, with 14 years in contortion, I'm eager to share my expertise with you!
